Stern Indústria, Comércio e Serviços de Plásticos Reciclados LTDA is a Brazilian recycling company based in Eusébio, Ceará, specializing in the recovery and transformation of post-consumer plastic waste, with a focus on polypropylene (PP) raffia bags used in agribusiness. Operating in a region that faces significant environmental and social challenges—such as inadequate waste management infrastructure and lack of formal employment in the recycling sector—Stern plays a critical role in promoting circular economy practices in Northeast Brazil.

The company’s industrial process includes inspection, grinding, washing, centrifugal drying, agglutination, and extrusion, resulting in high-quality pellets, agglomerated flakes, and ground material. These outputs serve industries ranging from household goods and agriculture to construction, logistics, and sanitation.

In 2024 alone, Stern sold over 650 tons of recycled polymer. Its supply chain sources waste from farms, mining companies, and reverse logistics partners—ensuring traceability, environmental compliance, and added social value through job creation and resource efficiency.
